"Inside info: Thanks to a tip I got, I learned that Audi is going to unveil its long awaited sport version of the A3 in the middle of the week. The S3 quattro will be equipped with VW Group's most powerful version of its 2.0 TFSI engine up to date, producing an impressive 260 Hp. 0 to 100 km/h (62 mp/h) is estimated to be about 5,7 sec while top speed will be (as usual) electronicaly limited at 250 km/h (155 mp/h). Power will be driven to all wheels either through a 6speed manual or through VW Group's renowned 6speed double clutch semi-auto gearbox. The car will be officialy unveiled at the Paris motor Show in September while sales will start in Europe in December and at the US in early 2007."
